Mission Statement
It is the mission of the Garfield School District to provide rigorous and meaningful learning experiences for all gifted learners in our school community. The program seeks to foster the unique talents and gifted characteristics of our middle school students in addition to daily classroom instruction.
Vision
The vision of our gifted program is to provide well-rounded and challenging enrichment opportunities to students who demonstrate gifted characteristics. A self-guided and STEAM-based pedagogical model is employed to address the needs of our gifted student community.
